# Vennootschap naar eenmanszaak

Soms wil men niet onmiddellijk stoppen maar wil men langzaam uitbollen en is de vennootschap als ondernemingsvorm niet meer geschikt. De 'downsizing' van je onderneming kan in principe door de vennootschap te gaan sluiten (vereffenen) om vervolgens de activiteiten verder te zetten in een eenmanszaak. 

Een aantal redenen om de overstap naar een eenmanszaak te overwegen zijn: 

* De omzet of de winst zullen met de tijd sterk dalen
* Minder administratieve verplichtingen & complexiteit
* De kostprijs van de onderneming & de administratie verlagen
* Geen nood aan rechtspersoonlijkheid wegens weinig of geen risico's
* Nettowinsten behoren onmiddellijk tot je privéeigendom
* enz.

**Wees voorbereid!**

Soms lijkt de overstap naar een eenmanszaak een logische stap, maar het kan zijn dat er nog bepaalde aandachtspunten zijn waarmee je binnen je onderneming rekening moet houden. Een vereffening van een vennootschap kan complex zijn waarbij ook de fiscale aspecten een belangrijke rol spelen.
